One Account Per Member
Each member is allowed only one registered user account. Duplicate accounts will result in all user accounts being closed and banned and reported as abuse to the user’s ISP. If there is an account issue, use the Report Form to resolve the issue. User names are not permitted to be that of an individual trademark, patent or intellectual property right.
No Spam Of Any Kind
Spam in any form is strictly prohibited. Any communication soliciting a third party URL without the express written consent of PSI is considered spam and is prohibited. All spam will be reported to the hosts and registrars of the offending URL(s). Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are strictly prohibited.
Unacceptable
The following types of posts are strictly prohibited: Knowingly false, defamatory, deceptive, inaccurate, racist, insulting, abusive, inflammatory, hateful, sexually graphic, or physically threatening, or anything invasive of another member's personal privacy outside of their posted content, or in violation of any law including any stalking or otherwise harassing any member.
Required Practices
When posting anything concerning news articles from outside sources or using any website as part of the topic please include a direct link (i.e., URL) to the original page/site. Paste the URL directly atop the post, above a small portion of the article's text (for example, the lead paragraph or a particular sentence or two). Do Not post full content from any third party source. Do Not post any content without a functional URL link to the source of the content. Be accurate with thread titles. If a story is a rumor, do not report it as “Breaking News.”
Baiting, Flaming And Trolling
Do not post comments that are fundamentally inflammatory, or of little substantive content, or of some broadly insulting nature that serve primarily to incite your fellow members. Do not create threads or posts that have no purpose beyond eliciting a negative response. PSI has a zero tolerance policy for the common internet troublemaker. Trolls come in many forms and will be identified and censured at the sole discretion of the PSI Staff. We are seeking a better level of conversation than just being simplistically insulting, or gratuitously flaming various well-established points of view regardless of how strongly they may differ from yours.
Copyright Law
PSI respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries. The terms of use of those web sites, as opposed to the PSI Terms of Service, govern your use of that material. It is the policy of PSF, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of other parties.
Illegal Content
Illegal content of any kind, including but not limited to stolen pay-per-view events, pirated software, hacks, cracks, warez, serial numbers or generators, peer to peer links and torrents are strictly prohibited. Individuals are solely responsible for the content they post. Posted content in violation of any laws, statues or ordinances will be used in strict compliance with law enforcement.
